Here is the registration form for the 2011 Upstate Open Tournament held in Rochester April 15-16th by Mr. Everage. Any and all Triple Cities Martial Arts students planning on competing MUST fill out this form ASAP and return to Sensai Rick Immediately. (Contact Sensai Rick for any questions).
